Daniel Craig Returns to 'Bond 25' Set Following Accident

Following his ankle surgery, Daniel Craig is reportedly returning to the sets of the upcoming Bond 25 for resuming the shoot.

The 51-year-old actor who has been a part of four of the James Bond’s adventurous part, Daniel Craig, is yet again playing the role of the Secret Agent 007 for the fifth time.

The movie that will be the 25th part of the James Bond movies franchise is in production and still untitled, hence identified as Bond 25.

While filming for the same, Daniel Craig had a small accident on the sets of Bond 2’. Per the reports, Craig took an off from production for getting his ankle treated when according to the producer’s statements, he underwent minor ankle surgery.

The official Instagram handle for James Bond movies 007 posted a picture of Daniel Craig, the protagonist for the upcoming 007 movie, working out with heavy weights. In the picture, it is seen that Craig’s injury has not been completely healed yet. He is seen wearing an ankle brace showing that his newly operated injury is still at its recovering stage.

However, through the caption, they revealed that Craig will be returning to the sets and soon resume with the filming.

The filming of Bond 25 does not seem to be happening very soundly. Following the accident of one of the lead actors, there was a blast that reportedly exploded a set earlier this month. One of the crew members was severely injured due to this set explosion.

In spite of all these difficulties the project is going through during the filming, the untitled Bond 25 is still set to be hitting the theaters on the initially declared release date, that is, 8th April 2020.

Written and directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, this movie will embrace a whole new troubleshooting venture of James Bond.
